The Swadlincote Messiah Choral Society was formed over 10 years ago. The present conductor is Julian Baker & the Organist is Stephen Mansfield. The performance take place in December each year with invited Orchestra, Chorus & Soloists. The performance has been further enhanced by the use of the new pipe organ built by the South Derbyshire Organ Trust.
